April 27, 2016, Keen Right Law Firm held the legal learning weekly meeting. Attendees
learnt about the interpretations “Interpretations
by the Supreme People’s Court on Several Matters relating to Adjudicating
Consumers Public Interest Civil Litigations” as well as answers given by
judges of No. 1 civil court to questions about the Interpretation. In addition,
they analyzed and discussed a financing loan contract dispute case that they
have handled.
